Refund Policy

For booked group event or/and party room:

On the day of the activity:

• No refunds possible.

The day before the activity (at least 24 hours before):

• You can move a reservation free of charge by notifying us by phone at 1 877 886.5500 no later than 24 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity. Please note that no refunds or compensation will be offered in the event of cancellation.

48 hours or more before the activity:

• You have the option of moving a reservation free of charge or obtaining a refund by notifying us by phone at 1 877 886.5500 within a maximum of 48 hours before the scheduled date of the reserved activity.
